Owner Jeannine Capadagli specializes in custom portrait painting through a wide variety of mediums - oils, acrylics, watercolors, and more. Jeannine has been involved with the Port Huron artist's community since 2002 and has won numerous awards for her artwork. Jeannine started painting when she was in 5th grade and was doing commissioned work by 10th grade.

Oftbeat Percussion provides a selection of drums and a variety of products complimentary to the lifestyle of the average drum customer. Owner Bryan Turner specializes in drums and didgeridoos including accessories, repairs, tuning and facilitating services.

The Blue Water Musician's Network mission is to promote music and dance through education, support and public performances for the cultural benefit of the Blue Water and surrounding area; to increase cultural tourism; to assist and educate new talent in getting started in the music and dance field; to serve as a hub of information for coordination of all cultural events.

Building Use
Studio 1219 is a multi-purpose building open to the public. Space can be rented out for birthday parties, receptions, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, and much more. Prices vary.
