Writer’s Corner

The Writer’s Corner group at Studio 1219 is open to anyone with a desire to write. Fiction, non-fiction, poetry - if you want to put it on paper and share it with others, this is the place for you. We are meeting the second Thursday of the month at Studio 1219 (7pm). Some members of the group are just beginning to explore the craft of writing. Others maybe published authors. But, around the table, all are equal. Your writing will be critiqued honestly, courteously, and vigorously.
Our procedure is simple. Bring a sample of your work, read it to the group, and get feedback from others around the table. Be prepared to offer your comments about other people’s work. You can register by signing up at the Studio, calling 810.984.ARTS or by emailing your info to .
