Studio welcomes Parmann

The St. Clair County Community College’s The Spiral Studio will feature Jody Parmann, an alumnus and art instructor, next month.

Each month, an art instructor or alumni artist of the community college will be featured at the studio.

Parmann, 27, of Port Huron, is a painter, sculptor and graphic design artist who owns Muse Creative Designs, a graphic design business; One Word One Idea, a multimedia painting business; and 5th Street Magazine.

She taught at the college last year.

The studio, 1219 Military St., is open from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday and noon to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
