Studio 1219 Hosts Reception For Work of Studio’s Instructors

From 6pm to 9pm Friday, October 22, Studio 1219 will host a reception for the work of the Studio’s instructors in the classroom— located upstairs—at the Studio, 1219 Military Street, Port Huron. The reception includes refreshments, and is open to the public.
“This is a way for the Studio’s family of volunteers, students, staff, and Board to thank and acknowledge the gifted instructors who work tirelessly to make the classes and workshops of the Studio a success,” said the Studio’s Executive Director, Lee-Perry Belleau.
“These are also artists who are part of the Studio’s network,” added Maureen Scallen, Director of Education. “But their students don’t always get to see the breadth of their instructor’s work.”
Instructors include Lezly Straub, Jane Barden, Elizabeth Wilcome, Dennis Snyder, Jason Stier, Judy Roberts, and Jane Weis.
