Directions from I-94

Merge onto I-94 E toward PORT HURON.
Take the I-94-BL/GRATIOT RD exit, EXIT 266, toward MARYSVILLE.
Turn RIGHT onto GRATIOT RD/I-94 BL. Continue to follow I-94 BL E. (Gratiot will turn into Busha Hwy at the River and then into Military St.).
Turn RIGHT onto WATER ST. for parking at Desmond Landing or Vantage Point. The Festival is here at Vantage Point, 510 Water St., Port Huron, MI.
The Studio is west of Vantage Point, southwest of Military and Court at 1219 Military St. (south of Powers Dinner).

Merge onto I-69 E toward PORT HURON.
Take the I-94 E/I-69 E exit on the LEFT toward CANADA.
Take the I-69-BL exit, EXIT 199, toward PORT HURON.
Merge onto I-69 BL S.
Turn LEFT onto MILITARY ST/I-69 BL/I-94 BL/MAIN ST.
Turn RIGHT onto WATER ST. for parking at Desmond Landing or Vantage Point. The Festival is here at Vantage Point, 510 Water St., Port Huron, MI.

Take the I-94-BL/I-69-BL/M-25 exit toward DOWNTOWN PORT HURON.
Turn RIGHT onto I-69 BL/I-94 BL/HANCOCK ST.
Turn RIGHT onto PINE GROVE AVE/I-69 BL/I-94 BL. Continue to follow I-69 BL/I-94 BL.
COURT ST. is south of the Black River.
Turn LEFT on PINE ST. then RIGHT on WATER ST. for parking at Desmond Landing or Vantage Point. The Festival is here at Vantage Point, 510 Water St., Port Huron, MI.

Building Use

Studio 1219 is a multi-purpose building open to the public. Space can be rented out for birthday parties, receptions, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, and much more. Prices vary.
