Artist Booth Fees

$50 - 10’x10’ Space (Studio 1219 AN Member)
$65 - 10’x10’ Space (June 15 Deadline)
$75 - 10’x10’ Space (After June 15)
$15 - Electricity
$5 - Jury/Application Fee

Studio 1219 will provide overnight security and free parking. Artists will have booth sitters and breakfast both mornings.

Set-up Times for Artists

Friday, Sept. 17th, 6-8 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 18th, 7-9 a.m.

Artist Rules

Artist booth must be completely set up by 9 a.m., September 18th.
Artist agrees to remain open and present for the duration of all event hours.
Display must remain within designated 10’x10’ area.
Artist must provide tent (if desired).
There are no refunds for cancellations after August 12, 2010. Michigan tax must be collected and remitted (if applicable).
Artist authorizes the use images or photos for promotional purposes.
No insurance is provided by Studio 1219 to cover damage to artwork, display, its contents or to myself.
All work must be original and be directly involved in creating all the work in booth (No kits).
Work must be designed by artist. Slip cast molds must be created by the artist.

Support Studio 1219

Studio 1219 is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization created by a Cool Cities Grant to bring arts, community involvement and economic development together. Your donations help to make Studio 1219 possible. Any level of support is greatly appreciated and will be put to maximum use. Donations are tax deductible.

Building Use

Studio 1219 is a multi-purpose building open to the public. Space can be rented out for birthday parties, receptions, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, and much more. Prices vary.
