Cecil C. Williams

“I draw inspiration for my art from my life experiences, my imagination, my feelings and my values.  I try to put a little of my self in each painting which makes each work personal.  It is not only my wish to have my paintings enjoyed by people but to have them convey a message.  Beyond all else, I love to paint.”
